At Chakra Glassworks Pvt Ltd, we ensure that all our Borotech glassware is carefully crafted and securely packed. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement-only policy under the following terms:
1. Return Window
- Customers must report any damages within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
2. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Only replacements will be provided for items damaged in transit.
3. Replacement Process
To request a replacement for broken or damaged items:

- Clear photos/videos of the damaged item(s).
- A picture of the outer packaging showing any signs of damage.

- If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

- We do not ask customers to return damaged goods. Simply dispose of them safely.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Minor variations in shape, size, or texture due to handmade craftsmanship.
- Any damage reported after the 3-day window.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
