Return & Replacement Policy

At Chakra Glassworks Pvt Ltd, we ensure that all our Borotech glassware is carefully crafted and securely packed. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement-only policy under the following terms:

1. Return Window

  • Customers must report any damages within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

2. No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Only replacements will be provided for items damaged in transit.

3. Replacement Process

To request a replacement for broken or damaged items:

  1. Report Damage: Email us at [your email] within 3 days of delivery, with:
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item(s).
    • A picture of the outer packaging showing any signs of damage.
    • Your order details (invoice number, name, and contact information).
  2. Approval & Processing:
    • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
    • If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
  3. No Returns Required:
    • We do not ask customers to return damaged goods. Simply dispose of them safely.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Minor variations in shape, size, or texture due to handmade craftsmanship.
  • Any damage reported after the 3-day window.
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
